Happy 10th Anniversary!

Ten years ago, Full Circle was started at the dining room table of Allyson England Drake.  The vision was to build a non-profit organization in the Richmond area that was solely dedicated to children and families who needed long-term, professional support as they worked through their grief.

Throughout these 10 years, we have responded to the needs of our community by offering many programs, services, and resources – Hands on Healing family group, Creative Connections, Suicide Loss group, Remembrance events, our Bereavement Resource Manual, Overdose Loss group, School groups, Conversations about Grief series, Perinatal Loss group, Young Adult group, Homicide Support group, and professional consultations.

This month, we will again respond to the needs of our community by adding Individual Counseling services at Full Circle.  This crucial service will ensure that children, adults, and families are given a spectrum of grief support services – to ensure they gain the support that best meets their current needs.

Our goals for the next ten years include adding additional loss specific and general grief support groups for adults – continuing to look at the needs in our community and responding to these gaps in services. We will also focus on increasing our advocacy work, look for additional funding opportunities, and continue to build our board and volunteer base.

We are looking forward to the Next Ten!
